X-Ercise is an excelent app for your gym workout, route tracking, cardio sessions and personal workouts!

With X-Ercise you can manage your exercises, workout and define workout plans specific for your needs. Also you can track your distance workouts (running, bike, trecking, etc) using the Distance Workout powered by GoogleMaps.

Use X-Ercise to keep track and stats of your workouts.

Define your own exercises and add videos and photos to them. Or you can download the content that X-Ercise Network has for free to download.

You can choose to keep X-Ercise synched to the X-Ercise Network and visit our website anytime you want to check on your workouts.

X-Ercise offers the possibility to reach out with friends and share your workouts, exercises plans or just share your just finished workout session!

And if you would like to share your trainings with everyboody you can publish them to the X-Ercise Network so other users can download them and benefit with them!

X-Ercise does NOT count calories (and never will). If you are looking for a Calorie Counter App, Xercise is not for you.

Note: X-Ercise does NOT have a preloaded set of exercises/workouts. You can create your own catalog from scratch or you can download exercises and complete workout sets using the X-Ercise download tool.
