The Telugu Association of Malaysia (TAM), it is a non-profit and non-governmental organisation of people of Telugu origin residing in Malaysia. It was first established in the state of Bagan Datoh, Perak on 17th July 1955, as Malaya Andhra Sangamu . On 16th December 1963 it was renamed as Malaysia Andhra Sangamu and again renamed on 2nd October 1983 as TELUGU ASSOCIATION MALAYSIA.
