RepTrack은 이동 거리가있는 현장 직원의 GPS 위치 추적 시스템입니다.

Rep Track is a GPS location application for tracking FIELD STAFF (Reps) along with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) features. The Boss (Manager) can track, on Google Maps, all their field staff in real time and all staff locations will be displayed on dashboard of Boss (Manager). The locations are updated every 10 minutes.

Features:

- Boss(Manager) will install application and signup to use App and it open automatically.

- User Manual (How to use) is available in the dashboard options in the App.

- For GPS Tracking, Manager MUST create new Reps after logging into the RepTrack App.

- Staff will get SMS with login details and link for installing App.

- Reps (which are created by Manager) should login by installing App and using ID received on SMS - Field Staff(Reps) should NOT SIGNUP, only login

- Attendance of Rep will be marked as soon as he/she logs in to the App

- Manager can track the full path of the Rep for any day by choosing day from calendar.

- Location tracking of Reps will begin when they login to the app and stop when they logout.

- App shows total distance travelled by Rep for whole day (till he logs out). Manager can also check distance log of any past day with the help of search function.

- Max 10 Reps per Manager

- Manager can add new customers and assign them to any Rep created by him

- Reps can only see customers created by them or assigned by Manager

- Manager can see follow up made for customers by each Rep from his/her dashboard

- App has a fully functional Chat feature for closed user group of the Manager and his Reps

- Manager can send Announcement which will be visible to all Reps

- Hotline message direct to Reptrack Admin
