death bereavement pain suffering poetry to help cope poems caring loss

I wrote this when a good friend died, I found it helped at the time to get the grief out of my system.

Afterwards over the years I sent it to people who were going through bereavement and they found it helped a little too to get over the death.

I hope it helps more of you out there, faced with the same grief to overcome.
