2) Message any therapist

Contact prospective therapists to understand if they fit your needs. With GreenHealth you can communicate with therapists before committing to an appointment.

3) Book an appointment

Once you've chosen a therapist or psychiatrist, make an appointment with our online calendar. We offer sessions as short as 15 minutes and as long as an hour. Our therapists usually confirm - or suggest another time - within 48 hours.

4) Start your online session

Log into your account at your scheduled time - and meet your therapist!
