Networks Synergy International (NSI) is a small team of 3 staff dedicated to helping you customised your dream holiday. (Mount Kinabalu & Sabah)

Having work with the Service Industry for more than 30 years, I am glad to share with you my idea of Service and how I could with your permission be a partner.

For me good service not just strict performance of duty distinguishes the business partner from a hired hand. It is not a job but an altitude born out of working experience.

Esther brings around with her the love of meeting people when she was an air stewardess with SIA for 8 years and another 10 years as a Corporate Sales & Travel Manager in charge of Corporate Travel. This was an enriching experience in which I learnt to tailor made routings for my clients planning dream holidays experiences for the CEOs and expatriates travellers.

In the Meetings and Incentives and Conventions capacity I arranged and co-ordinate with Trade Development Board , Confederation of Federations the logistics for trade and investment missions to Bangladesh , China , India , Myanmar , Philippines , Thailand , Vietnam and North Korea. I gathered lots of contacts with embassies and government tourism offices in many countries which was useful to my new clients.

With a solid networking relationship, Networks Synergy International was open in 1997 to synergise my strength in networking and bring together different talents and resources to “Work not for you but With You”

From 1997 to 2010 we represented independent 5 star hotels ( Laguna Beach Resort , Couran Cove Resort , Ayodya Bali Resort , Kempinski Sanya and Sutera Harbour Resort , Sabah ) and promote them to Singapore and Malaysia for MICE to Corporate and Leisure to Travel Agents, Associations and banks - credit cards.

From 2010 we took our expertise and networking with the hotels to manage for the Corporate their Meetings & Incentive Events to Asia and the Pacific.

In the past 5 years we embarked to promote Sabah The Land Below The Wind. Our specialise services range from Ocean Deep to Mountain high.

We specially tailor Leisure Eco Tours, Flora & Fauna Treks, Bird Watching, River Cruise and Wild Life Nature Walks. Adventure Tours - Mt Kinabalu Climbing, White Water Rafting, 4WD & Cycling Expeditions. CS Programs - Community & Environment, Soul Care Leadership Retreats and M.I.C.E - Meetings and Conference city hotel, mountain lodges, theme parties, team building.

Our love for nature has lead us to partner closely with our local dedicated guides who love their environment and space , someone who is thinking , who understands and who cares for YOU!
