LiveKey

LiveKey allows you to Secure and Share your Smart Home, Rental, or Office efficiently, and on your conditions. The app enables control and shared access to your digital life from an app or via SMS. LiveKey makes it simple to Share, Secure and Automate your connected “Keys” like connected alarms from Honeywell, Ring and others, WIFI thermostats, all kinds of garage door openers, door locks, lights/switches, and many other online products and services.

Step 1: Add your Keys

After you’ve created an account, it’s quick and easy to get going. Use the phone app to securely link your digital products and services (your “Keys”) to LiveKey. Once you have added a Key, the Key is immediately available to be Shared and Secured. Multiple Keys can be conveniently grouped by type/category and Executed, Shared, and Secured as a single LiveKey.

Step 2: Securely Share a LiveKey

Select a LiveKey or a LiveKey group to be shared.

Step 3: Select an existing or new LiveKey User to Share the LiveKey with

Step 3: Secure your LiveKey

Select additional Security for your LiveKey. You can select the LiveKey Beam, LiveKey Scan or just have the user pass in their current location when they are ready to use the shared LiveKey. The LiveKey Beam creates an ever changing 128-bit code that is constantly transmitted from the Beam device located within the security of your home or office. The LiveKey Scan works much the same way as the Beam but rather than a wireless transmission the user scans an ever changing QR code from a battery operated display located on the outside of your home or office. In both cases the 128-bit code changes every few minutes for the most secure Smart Home access available.

You can also share your LiveKey with the existing security built into the LiveKey app or via SMS and the security it provides to prevent message spoofing and message hi-jacking. SMS is a great way to share a key for a vacation rental home or villa. Just show the LiveKey fixed code plaque on the outside of your rental and the guest will receive a LiveKey that will be functional for the duration of their stay.
