Life Remodeled is a Detroit-based nonprofit focused on equitable neighborhood revitalization and community development. Projects are determined by the community’s needs and vision, and we assist in three areas:

Renovating and repurposing former community assets into opportunity hubs, like our Durfee Innovation Society (DIS) located in the Durfee-Central neighborhood of Detroit.

Repairing owner-occupied homes, and

Annually mobilizing 10,000 volunteers in six days to beautify the four square miles surrounding our current opportunity hub.

This app is designed to help you engage with Life Remodeled and our core projects. Whether you are a volunteer, business, DIS tenant or community member, we are happy to work towards creating a better metro Detroit for EVERYONE.
