Legacy Hospice in Selmer, Tennessee was established to provide home care for terminally ill patients. Our goal is to help meet patients' physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs as well as the needs of their families.

Hospice exists to provide support and care for persons in the last phases of incurable illnesses so that they might live as fully and comfortably as possible.
