Jamex Inc provides self-service vend solutions for the printer and copier industry. With a few simple clicks, the video or picture is uploaded for Jamex technical support review. It is then integrated into the Jamex information systems and it becomes associated with an existing or new support ticket. The Jamex Mobile App will improve the efficiency of technical and sales support. The video platform provides clear understanding of the issue being experienced, thus allowing our technical team to provide phone or video support tools in a timely manner.

The Jamex Mobile App allows video content to be used for resolution of support issue. Submitted content can be used to demonstrate best practices for cost recovery and self service vend solutions in the printer/copier industry. Knowledge and skill transfer between field and factory personnel will be improved and it will occur in secure, controlled internet infrastructures such that account critical information is not disclosed in public social media forums.
