The app has been designed as a central platform to provide individual benefits to any one participating. Your login will provide you with access to areas of the app specifically available to you.

Health 4 Life includes a Health tracker, that will count your steps and input your general sleep, fruit, veg and hydration intake, so you can stay on top of some of the key fundamentals to your health.

There is access to assessment tools that can be used to manage your day to day ergonomics, provide an overview of your posture and help you eliminate the issues that are going to cause your body to break down.

Whatever you use the app for, your info will be uploaded to your Unlocking Life site, that can also be accessed directly though the app. Any group challenges, or follow up with HBPG staff is seamless and can be fully automated based on your preferences.

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
