It helps block distractions during your session and keeps track of your overall progress, thus encouraging you to form good habits and break bad ones.

With the onset of social media and short forms of content, we are all being exposed to unhealthy amounts of screen time. We can't get our work done once we fall into the reel trap and keep mindlessly scrolling without realizing or feeling much. With the help of Focused, those apps and websites are blocked during your work session, and thus, you can be assured that you are not falling into that trap.

Focused allows you to work only when you want to, and makes sure that you get the most out of your session. When you turn on Focused Mode, you can completely forget about our app, and close it. When you try to open those reels or shorts shortly after, Focused blocks those apps for you. When you are not in Focused Mode, the app is completely silent and is doing nothing.

When trying to form good habits, we are most likely to slack off after the initial days. With the help of streaks, it gives you the incentive to keep up with your good habits, and warns you that your progress will be lost, should you decide to leave Focused Mode mid-session.
