Collections App is a flexible and easy-to-use collection-tracking app. Unlike traditional note-taking apps, Collections App lets you design your own data structure for each collection to suit your needs — no technical expertise required.

CREATE ANY COLLECTION

Do you collect books, coins, action figures, plants, recipes, vehicles, or antiques? Collections App is ready to accommodate them all. Create a new collection, define its data columns, and then start entering items one by one.

DESIGN YOUR OWN DATA COLUMNS

Each collection can have different data columns. Various column types are available:

- Text and Multiline Text: for names, descriptions, or long notes

- Number: for price, quantity, serial number, and the like

- Date, Month, Year: to record purchase or issue time

- Choice (smart list): automatic suggestions based on input data

- Star Rating: to rate each item

- Yes/No: for condition, status, or Boolean attributes

- Color: to record item color with a color picker

- Image: to save item photos directly from your camera or gallery

- URL and Email: for reference or contact links
