I'm a thirty-something mum of one, and ever since I could, I've made cakes! Art and cooking fused together is a dream come true for me! Mass-produced shop-brought cakes have their place, but I think having something created especially for that special person is what makes the cake stand out from the sausage rolls and sandwiches!
