An app for every track coach and competitive track athlete. TrakWRx is an app where coaches and athletes can customize training sessions based on current personal best times and/or goals. Using the 200m, 400m and 1500m personal bests/goals, you can formulate specific training sessions for the 100m dash up to 10k. All of the training protocols and programs within this app were created using the collective knowledge of collegiate and professional track and field coaches with over 30 years of experience. Energy system descriptions are also included under each subcategories.

Workouts in 4 easy steps

1. Identify which type of athlete you are training

2. Select which type of session you would like to create

3. Enter a personal best time or goal (200m, 400m or 1500m) along with customizable workout specifics (length, reps, sets)

4. Hit calculate and receive a full workout description with paces/rest/duration/volume recommendation

You also have the ability to share these training sessions with coaches, athletes and friends through text, email and social media.
