Score counter for Android

A few improvements:
* You can now count the number of rounds.
* Keep track of whose turn it is to deal.
* Change the number of players directly from the game round.
* If you press the flag the round won't end at once. You will get a confirmation window.
* Now you can reset all points with one single button.
