The owner is able to use Renit to rent out their own belongings to a customer, while gaining a return on investment for something that may have been forgotten in the back of the garage.

2. Customer finds the item through Renit and decides to directly rent through the app

3. Owner and renter establish rental exchange.

4. Once the rental is complete, the owner and customer evaluate condition and deposit is released. Transaction is complete.
