Reject Call Manager for AAP

A. Whenever there is a incoming, reject call, and append number to a file. If file does not exist, create a file.

K.whenever a call is received , and if it is the first call from the given number , then it should be saved as a contact .

Name of Contact should have format

Alpha Prefix + YYMMDD (of call) + running number 1001 onwards

Alpha Prefix should be editable
