QwikAccess : For Employees & Visitors

The QwikAccess System allows you to check-in for work, meetings or events with one-click on your smartphone from less than 12-feet away. You also earn Rewards, and get special deals from businesses nearby.

Problem

Employees and visitors can use their smartphones to check-in securely into airplanes, gyms and hotels, while many office buildings still use paper-and-pen to sign people in.

Many buildings have no system at all to manage physical access to their premises, because traditional RFID-based access control systems cost 10s of 1000s of dollars. This leaves employees and visitors exposed to security threats. Insurance costs are also higher for landlords and companies.

Solution

QwikAccess helps employees and visitors save time by enabling them to send and receive SMS, e-mail and in-app notifications for check-in. They even receive reward points and special deals at local businesses.

The QwikAccess system works in conjunction with a customized Nexus 9 tablet that authenticates visitors and employees at the check-in point. The companion QwikAccess Guard Tablet App is rooted to the device, and is only usable for the App and its features.

QwikAccess is a highly flexible system that can be integrated with IoT systems with stable, published APIs.

Simplicity and Safety

The system requires one form of Government Issued Identification i.e. a Federal or State Govt ID, Driver’s License or Passport. After successfully registering the first time, security credentials are saved to our secure database so future check-ins happen with just a tap, in every building running the Qwik Access system (provided the person has been actively approved as a visitor or employee to enter that building).

The Web Portal and Mobile Interface have been designed to be provide an elegant and efficient user experience. Visitor invitations can be sent within seconds. And security personnel can view comprehensive analytics.
