Potholes - The major talk of the city in monsoon really came into every citizens knowledge when Pothole Tracking System was launched 4 years back for Mumbai City. Pothole from every corner of the City were reported by the citizens. Citizens overall the city were involved when they reported most of the Potholes every time they spotted one.

This application is an initiative taken by MCGM to provide a ultimate citizen friendly solution where people can report their grievances related to the Road Maintenance work around them. This application helps you to report the complaints directly to the senior authorities of the Civic Body resulting instant response from the Road Maintenance Unit of MCGM. Complaints are forwarded to the concerned Contractors/Agencies in no time.

How To Use :

Two Simple Pre-Settings :

1) Go to ‘Settings’ -> ‘Location’ -> Enable Location to "ON"

2) Make Sure your smartphone has a good Data Connection

Open the Downloaded Pothole Tracking Application and Report Every Single Pothole you spot in your Area. Be it a rough patch or a tiny little pothole. If you ignore it, it will b a pothole filled with water in hours. Remember, its Mumbai Rains.
