An update to the previous app PlankTime. Now including options for longer periods of rest and workout.
A very simple interval timer. When you're planking hard, it can be difficult to keep track of time. This app lets you set the time you want to work out for, a rest period and the amount of repetitions.
A bell lets you know when it's time to start planking, whilst a beep let's you know it's time for a rest period.
When you're ready, press play and plank away!
