The Precision Die Technologies app is a multitool for those working in the wire drawing industry.

If you work in this industry you probably have a handful of spreadsheets for performing calculations you use every day. Your co-workers probably also have their own set of similar, but slightly different versions of spreadsheets that do more or less similar things. The PDT app puts the most common calculations in one place. It can help you calculate wire exit size, wire area reduction, wire elongation, number of dies needed in a multi step reduction, and more. It can also give you a visualization of the contact point of wire as it enters the die, and even suggest the optimal stone size (PCD or monocrystalline diamond) you should use for your drawing application.
