HOW TO JOIN A MEETING

Once you've downloaded the free app, there are several easy ways you can connect:

• Tap the session link in an invitation you may have received

• Tap the session link in an Instant Message or on a website

• Open the Oritor app, click "Join Session", enter the 5 digit meeting number of the session you want to attend and then connect as a guest- or as a registered user if you have your own Oritor account.

HOW TO HOST A MEETING

You'll need a registered Oritor account to host a meeting. There are several easy ways you can connect to host your meeting:

• Tap the session link in an email invitation

• Tap the session link in an Instant Message or on a website

• Open the Oritor app, Log in using your Oritor account information. Once in, select the meeting you would like to start from your library of meetings. You'll have full Account Holder privileges.

AUDIO

You'll automatically be connected to the audio in the session and be able to hear others via Voice over IP in "push to Talk" mode. Push to Talk prevents surrounding noise of your mobile device from inadvertently interfering with audio conference. Hold down the Push to Talk button when you want others to hear you.

We highly recommend using a headset, such as the standard headset provided with your device, if you are going to broadcast audio.

PLEASE NOTE: To host meetings via the Oritor mobile app, one must have an existing Oritor account. However, you do not need an account to attend a meeting. For more information, please go to oritor.com.
