Notes now show when they were last edited — both on cards and in the editor.

What's new:
• Duplicate any note: long-press from the list (or open it) and pick Duplicate from the menu — the list scrolls right to the new copy
• Tap the date label inside the editor to see the exact day and time
• Small interface polish across the app
