1. Added the option to test to the next available server if the test to the first server fails, in Ookla Auto Mode
2. Added Serial mode (testing in both directions Client to Server and Server to Client) for the V-PERF test
3. Added Chinese language support in UI and result files.
4. Minor bug fixes and General improvements
