Introduce a Friend to one of our Fitness Classes for FREE. You are entitled to one free visit per friend, but you can bring as many friends as you like. Simply ask at reception for more information.

We don’t believe it’s right to entice new members with discounted deals and neglect to reward our long term members, so we reward you for staying with us by reducing your membership fee!
