GroupCam is a self-timer camera for group photos that talks everyone through the shot. Prop your phone on a tripod, shelf or coffee mug; after the countdown, it checks the photo for closed eyes and reshoots once if needed.
WHAT IT DOES
• Voice countdown: "Take your places… 3, 2, 1… hold!", so the group can follow the shot without watching the screen
• Blink check: every photo is analyzed on your phone right after capture; if someone blinked, it says "one more!" and retakes the shot
• Honest results: each photo is labeled with how many faces were checked and whether blinks were found
• Group Shot: one guided photo with an automatic retake if needed
• Timed Session: photos at your chosen interval, each announced in advance
• Event Mode: short bursts through a whole party or wedding while the phone rests between rounds
• Get-in-position delay: you choose how long you need to join the group before the countdown starts
• Every photo saves straight to your camera roll automatically, nothing is held inside the app
• Works completely offline; the blink check runs on your device
• Speaks your language: the countdown works in English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Hindi, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese
PRIVACY BY DESIGN
GroupCam cannot see the photos already on your phone. It uses the camera permission only, saves its own shots to your gallery, and never reads your photo library. No account, no cloud, no uploads.
WHO IT'S FOR
Families taking birthday and holiday photos, wedding guests who all want to be IN the picture, reunions, team photos, and anyone tired of being the person behind the camera instead of in it.

Timed Session now takes a set number of photos at an interval you choose, from 2 seconds apart. Set how many, prop up the phone, and let it shoot. Below 5 seconds it skips the spoken countdown so the interval is exactly what you set.
