GriDD will find, setup, manage and monitor the Wi-Fi connections between two mobile subscribers, either from the same operator or different operators, and handle the data transaction, and potentially the payment transactions as well.
The system comprises users, either sellers or buyers, and a server.
To use the service, users need to subscribe to the GriDD service.
