Go M.A.D.® means Go Make a Difference, and comes from our founding research back in 1998. This phenomenological research project saw the development of our unique Go M.A.D.® Framework, which represents what people naturally do when successfully making a difference.

This framework provides a Results Focused Thinking System and is at the core of how we help individuals, teams, organisations and communities today.
