Food Safety Connect is a CONSUMER CENTRIC APP that offers a centralised platform to the Indian consumers to raise concerns related to food safety and hygiene.

The mobile app allows the consumers to report any malpractices pertaining to food safety along with the related images. An informative tool in hand to know your rights, the mobile application also helps you raise your voice against the wrong practices prevailing in the society as an informed consumer of India.

DIRECT CONNECT– The app provides a direct link to the FSSAI complaint redressal system.

QUICK CONCERN FILLING – The consumers can now raise their food related complaints directly to FSSAI for any packaged or served foods.

TRACK THE STATUS OF YOUR CONCERN – Find out the status of your concern using your unique concern reference number with just a tap on your phone.

VERIFY FBO’S- The details of the Food Business Operators can be easily obtained using their License/ Certificate Number.

TIPS & VIDEOS– Get easy access to tips and videos to ascertain food safety and hygiene at all places.

KNOW YOUR RIGHTS – Knowing your consumer rights will ensure that you get a fair deal when purchasing goods and services.
