2. Login with your mobile number.

3. Subscribe to our FRESH MILK delivery service and set the number of packets of Fresh Milk you need in the morning and in the evening.

4. Add Milk Coupons by paying through the app. Each Milk coupon can be used to buy half liter packet of milk from us.

5. We will start delivering Fresh Milk from the next day at your doorstep. Coupons will be automatically deducted from your account based on the number of packets of Fresh Milk we deliver to you.

1. When do you deliver?

We have two delivery slots. The first slot is in the morning from 5 am to 7.30 am. The second slot is in the evening from 6 pm to 8.30 pm.

2. How do I start receiving delivery of fresh link or how do I subscribe?

Download our app on Play store and login to the app. When you login for the first time you will be asked to subscribe. You will be asked to subscribe on login even if you had unsubscribed in the past and want to subscribe now.

3. What is the price of half liter packet of milk?

4. Where do you deliver?

We currently operate only at certain areas of Bangalore. We are expanding our services to other areas also.

5. How do I cancel delivery of fresh milk for the next day?

You can cancel delivery for the next day by clicking on cancel in the upcoming deliveries section of the android app or fresh milk website. You can also cancel by informing to the delivery boy at the time of delivery.

6. How can I add coupons to my coupon wallet?

Coupons can be added to your coupon wallet on Farmzop fresh milk android app or website by online mode of payment. You can also add coupons by paying in cash to Farmzop delivery boy at the time of delivery.

7. Can I change quantity for the next day?

Yes, you can change quantity for the next day in our app.

8. Can I change quantity permanently?

Yes, you can change quantity permanently in our app. The quantity changes will come into effect from the next day.

9. Can I Unsubscribe?

Yes you can unsubscribe either in our app or by informing our delivery boy.

10. What happens to my unused coupons when I unsubscribe?

The unused coupons will remain as it is in your account's coupon wallet. You can reuse the remaining coupons when you subscribe again later.

11. I am shifting my home. What do i do now?

Don't worry. You can just unsubscribe and later subscribe with your new address.

12. How many packets can I buy with each Milk Coupon?
