- Read call log - The app doesn't read your call logs it's a subset permission of read contacts

- Read your contacts - To show your contacts and apply your custom vibrate pattern to them

- Vibration control - To vibrate the phone

- Modify settings - To be able to apply right settings to deliver maximum app experience for custom vibrate pattern
