CMC Grievance Redressal is an Alert Mechanism for citizens wherein people can raise their grievances regarding any government or local issues i.e. water connection problem,electricity problems, improper Garbage Handling,neglected Road repair etc
The system allows us to complaint through Android App,send images of suffered issues.
In addition keep logs of different complaints registered, provide status updates of the grievances and solved complaints accordingly.
