I know for a fact that spending too much time in work can be terribly harmful for your health.
It would be nice to schedule some breaks, just to stretch your legs, and what not
Work Smart is the notion that taking short, scheduled breaks while working eliminates the “running on fumes” feeling you get when you’ve pushed yourself too hard.
It will be notified by LED, sound, vibration. You can turn off the sound, vibration and LED is only active.
