An app for communicating with the people having hearing impairment

This app has been designed keeping in mind the difficulties with the hearing impaired people and thus providing them with an edge over problem of communication with normal people by taking the "speech as input" and displaying the same as appropriate "hand signals(sign language)" on the screen and vice versa.

The "speech-to-text" feature requires an internet connection whereas "hand signals-to-speech" and "text-to-speech" do not need an internet connection.
