Real Estate and Homes app Made for #IBM Virtual Hackathon Real Estate Challenge DEMO for one of India's biggest realty companies .

Real Estate and Homes app has to be CUSTOMIZED for realty/real estate companies to help customers, sell to customers.

Finding homes for sale or apartments for sale from your favorite realtor has never been so easy. This Real Estate and Homes app instantly shows you a map of nearby homes for sale, open houses, or apartments for sale.

With this Real Estate and Homes app you can easily browse basic real estate info, detailed listings, and open house info for homes for sale . Plus, you will get vivid photo slideshows of homes and rentals, real-time notifications about homes and properties, instant alerts when nearby homes hit the market, and local neighborhood info.

1. Firstly there are sliders of images for the sample apartment or villa in this Real Estate and Homes app.

2. Set on the building complex latitude and longitude, we use Google APi's to see nearby banks, schools,hospitals to assist prospective customers.

3. We have listings of the realty companies properties with prices, sale, rent etc so that the customer always uses it 4.Listings are updated whenever using a simple upload of a json file using Node.js and IBM Bluemix., So the app is always fresh.

5.Push notifications for this Real Estate and Homes app using GCM for regular notifications of new deals etc to customers from the company.
