KBM Tenant App is a Mobile application with the functionality for the services provided by KBM Groups in The State of Qatar. The app allows its users to create service requests or reporting any type of incident to our Maintenance Supervisors in real-time. Also, it includes links to Lease Details, Payment Information, maintenance history, and requests as well and your Profile Information at the convenience of your smartphone, regardless of the location in a fast, easy, and friendly interface.

The assigned technicians to each project or request will be able to see their assignments and accept or reject the assignments. The app will then navigate the technicians to the user’s address. The technicians and supervisors can review and update information through the mobile app in real time.
