Integrity Title & Escrow Company, LLC is a full service real estate firm, which offers a combined package of title services, including title examination and issuance of title insurance for commercial and residential settlements. Integrity also provides its services in connection with the issuance of bonds; negotiation of short sales; and title resolution for REO and post-foreclosure sales.

Integrity Title is licensed to do business in Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia. Integrity Title insures through Chicago Title Insurance Company and Stewart Title Guaranty Company, two of the largest title underwriters in the nation.

We have established a strategic alliance with our underwriters. This relationship provides Integrity Title access to Fidelity National Title, as the parent organization to Chicago Title, and Stewart Title’s network of resources and office locations whenever it is necessary to meet the needs of our clients on a nationwide basis. This arrangement also allows our attorneys to consult with and receive additional legal support as needed.
