"We can do a survey of your physical status, diet and lifestyle in general. On this basis, we can create a personalized program just for you based on your needs and wishes.
Functional training involves training the body to become stronger and more flexible. We believe not only to sit in different machines to be strong. You become stronger through eg Tabata, boxing and circuit training. Do you want to work out with free weights can of course also good.
What makes us unique is that we are linking exercise to CBT and that we continually update you with lectures on nutrition, exercise and health. We help you manage daily stress. We are happy to share our expertise so that you will achieve your goals and we do not mean for this month or this year. But for the rest of your life."
