1. The Intelligent Phone Call: Learn to make a proper phone call that will result in more appointments booked. Choose from two different game types, which also include the most common phone objections

2. FCA Product Knowledge: Test your product knowledge on 4 of FCA’s best selling vehicles. There is a standard game, or a timed version for that is more challenging.

Also included are links to your own personal Appointment Ratios, Vehicles Sold, and your Touch Down stories from all the Private Sale Events you have participated in.
