As expansion plan of Adarsh Vidya Prasarak Sanstha, the college was established in July 1995 with the objectives of facilitating Quality Higher Education to the students in and around Badlapur.

Library also has established in July 1995, it has rich and quality reference collection for readers. Following devotees are donated books, amount & furniture to develop the library Late Shri. V.S. Patvardhan donated rare books & wooden racks. Our Ex-Principal Late. Dr G. P. Kulkarni donated amount Rs. 51,000/- for reading room. Our trusty memberLate Shri. Vaman Gole aslo donated books, Mrs. Madhuri More, Dr. Dabli, Shri Yashwant Vaidya and Dr. Vaidehi daptardar, Princial every year donated books .
