With the isi:Time app, you record the working hours of your employees quickly and easily, in conformity with the requirements for minimum wage. The user interface is easy to understand and set up which also allows newcomers an error-free operation.
Functions for you as an administrative person in the HR department:
- Create and manage an unlimited number of employees.
- Record working times of all your employees.
- View the recorded working times per employee.
- Automatic sending of reports as a Microsoft Excel® file in a defined cycle (daily, weekly, monthly) via email.
Operation for management level:
- Install isi: Time on any Tablet / Smartphone (optimized for tablets).
- Register as an Administrator (HR Administrator) and place the tablet in an accessible place for all employees. Each employee receives an automatically generated PIN with which he / she logs on/out to the tablet and in this manner records his / her worktime - the rest is done automatically in the background.
- Reports on recorded worktimes for presentation to customs officials, are automatically sent to you daily, weekly or monthly (adjustable) via email.
- The tablet should be placed in an accessible location for all employees, for this an Internet connection (Wi-Fi / Mobile Internet) is required.
Operation for the employees:
- The employee enters his/her PIN when entering the company, the same when he/she leaves.
- The same goes for lunch or smoking breaks.
First 30 days are fully functional trial time, after that you can continue isi:Time starting at just 9,95€/month (based on your number of employees). Other costs are not incurred.
