Providing a buyer to supplier ratio of better than one to one, The Annual Incentive Invitational represents The Incentive Research Foundation's (IRF) most important annual fundraising activity for research surrounding motivation and incentives. Each year The IRF provides multiple education sessions that highlight recent IRF research and provide actionable, usable data on incentives and motivation. Attendees also have the opportunity to relate the research to their own experiences and practices through roundtable discussions.
The IRF will once again raise the bar on education in incentives and motivation with it's 2014 Annual Incentive Invitational Education Day "Innovating Incentives: Cutting-Edge Technology and Bold Ideas." The day will feature close to 10 fast-paced, engaging, and interactive sessions with speakers ranging from top academics, to key consultants, and the IRF's own Education and Research chairs. These sessions will be addressing current, critical industry topics including the first look and release of three new IRF studies. This education will be punctuated by a state-of-the-art gamification experience that allows all attendees not just to meet....but to truly connect.
