The mobile application InvaParking is intended for fixing offenses at the places of a motor vehicle parking lot, designated for car parking of people with disabilities.
The collected data from each user is included in a single database of the NGO "Republican Association of wheelchair users" (PA "RAIK"). With the frequency of once every two weeks PA "RAIK", based on the facts of violations, sends written statements to the traffic police departments on whose territories the offenders were identified. It does not matter in which settlement the intruder is fixed, the application to the traffic police will be guaranteed.
Since allegations of an offense will be sent on behalf of a legal entity (organization), according to the law, these appeals must necessarily be considered by the traffic police departments.
