An app to be used as an interval workout timer.

A no frills app to be used as an interval workout timer. Visual and audio alerts so the app can be used e.g. visually at the gym or via the headphones for interval running.

Save and load workout timers (saves to external storage Documents/intervalTimer folder)

Retains latest workout settings

Audio alerts at end of rest and work periods, lowers ongoing audio (e.g. music) for the duration of alerts
