🛡️ AccessibilityService API Disclosure

IntentLock uses the Android AccessibilityService API for core app blocking, website blocking, nudges, delays, soft locks, and hard locks. When you choose to enable Accessibility for IntentLock, the app can detect when selected apps, supported browsers, or protected websites are opened so it can apply the focus rules and protections you set.

IntentLock may process app context, browser context, website addresses or hosts, and window content needed to determine whether a selected app or protected website should trigger a nudge, delay, block, or lock screen. This access is used only for the protection and focus features you enable.

IntentLock does not use AccessibilityService data for advertising, does not sell this data, does not record calls, does not secretly change settings, and does not prevent you from disabling Accessibility or uninstalling the app.

You stay in control. Accessibility access is optional, requires your consent, and can be turned off at any time in Android Settings. Some real-time blocking and protection features will not work unless Accessibility is enabled.

IntentLock is designed to minimize data collection and keep core focus data on your device where possible. Permissions such as AccessibilityService, Usage Access, notifications, overlay access, battery settings, internet access, or location are used only to support features you choose to enable.
