EMERGENCY NOTICE WITHOUT TELEPHONE

With InstantHelp, emergency messages can finally be reported fully automatically without a phone call. Simply select the category in the app, if possible add further information, done.

We do not use intermediary call centers or other services, but report each emergency call directly to the control center using unique technology.

EMERGENCY CALLING WITH TELEPHONE

If a telephone call is possible in the context of an emergency call, it should take place. This allows the dispatcher to ask questions and assess the situation in the best possible way. At the same time as the phone call, we send a message incl. Location to the control center with which the telephone call takes place. Thus, for example, in a panic situation or foreign environment, the determination of the location can be facilitated.

SAFE ON TRAVEL

We also support the emergency call outside of Germany by selecting the correct emergency number worldwide.

FIRST AID PERSONNEL-ALARM

Even faster help can be done by alerting first-aiders in the area. With its automated structure and reliable alerting, InstantHelp's first responder network sets new standards.

EMERGENCY CONTACTS

In case of emergency you can rely on the fact that the most important contacts are informed: No problem with InstantHelp. Simultaneously with the message to Ersthelfer and emergency call control center we inform by the user set emergency contacts. If these are also registered with InstantHelp, this service is even free of charge.
