Robot Car Transformation Game is a free action game in which the player takes control of a transforming robot. With a range of weapons at your disposal, you can destroy powerful enemies, complete missions, or simply rampage over innocent bystanders. The game is obviously influenced by the popular Transformers franchise, but unlike Transformers The Game and Transformers War for Cybertron, it is not officially licensed. Nevertheless, Transformers fans will recognize the basic concept and even some of the character names that turn up in Robot Car Transformation Game.

Three gameplay modes and three transformations

Car Transformation Game features three gameplay modes: Mode, Boss Mode and Mission. The basic mechanics are shared by all modes. You control a transforming robot with three forms: robot mode, car mode, and bird mode. Each has its own strengths and weaknesses, although robot mode is the most versatile.

Fight bosses, complete missions, or just Mode is an open sandbox game. All you have to do is blast vehicles and bystanders for money, with no opponents. Boss Mode pits you against various boss enemies: a giant doll, a three-headed dog, and so forth. Mission Mode is the most complex, as you'll have to complete tasks that involve reaching certain locations and destroying specific objects.

Unlock more robots

Robot Car Transformation Game has a total of four playable characters, three of which can be unlocked. Oddly, these are named after actual Transformers characters (Optimus, Devastator, Jetfire, and Megatron). However, all look the same as each other, just with different color schemes and stats. Each has the same transformation modes.

Fiddly controls

The number of weapons available leads to fiddly controls. These are exaggerated by the heavy amount of adverts. You'll often be asked to watch an ad just to use an attack. The interface offers more challenges than the enemies do.
