Dear Elkhart Citizen,

As a former Elkhart City councilman and Indiana State Representative, I feel I bring a unique perspective and ample experience as a candidate for mayor of Elkhart. During my tenure in the Indiana House of Representatives, I was a 12 year member on the House Local Government Committee, which deals with municipal issures.

In addition to my government experience, I have worked in the private sectore, where I have a background as an administrator and problemsolver.

I realize that being mayor will be a challenge, yet I feel that I am well qualified for this position. I want to be a partner with you creating "A New Start for Elkhart!"I welcome your suggestions!
