Pongo

We are very happy to announce a new feature that will further improve our communication: from now on, all services will be carried out exclusively through the PONGO app. With this, we will no longer use WhatsApp to concentrate everything in a single, more practical and efficient place.

In the PONGO app, you will have access to several facilities, such as the Pet Diary, where you can follow your companion's daily life, schedule appointments and baths, make hotel and day use reservations, in addition to having the complete order history, services and photos of your pet. All this in the palm of your hand!

We developed the app with great care, always thinking about offering the best experience for you and your pet. We are sure that you will love this new way of contacting you!

With affection,

Villa Pongo Team
